All products are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving your order in case you are unsatisfied with the product/products you receive. In any such case we can offer two resolutions:

(a) Exchange the product with another of the same value 

Or 

(b) Refund the total amount paid (except delivery charges)

If there is a defect in the product/products you have received, we will refund the total amount paid (including delivery charges) post the damage or defect being confirmed by us. 

We deal with each return request individually so we would request you to please get in touch with us via email (hello@artinspiredindia.com). 

The only condition is that the product/products should be in the same condition as delivered and unused. Any resolution with regard to an exchange or refund can only be made after an inspection of the returned product/products. 

Note-NextAngle team retains the right to accept or refuse the return and will choose the adapted solution (exchange/refund). 

Cancellation by you: Prior to the product being shipped for delivery, you may cancel an order for any reason. Please contact us via email (hello@artinspiredindia.com) for the same.  No cancellation is permitted subsequently. If an order has been successfully cancelled, you will be sent a confirmation email at the email address provided to us. We reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. You agree not to hold us liable for any rejection of order cancellations. You will receive a refund for your cancelled orders (only in cases wherein the cancellation took place prior to the product being shipped for delivery) that have been accepted.
